Helping You Navigate Your Way to Success

The Conference for Internationally Trained Professionals is an initiative of the YMCA of Windsor and Essex County, in partnership with local area agencies providing employment and/or settlement services to newcomers in Windsor and Essex County.  The project consists of a regional event, developed in accordance with current labour market trends and community demands, designed to reduce the barriers internationally trained professionals face in securing suitable and related employment.

The ITP Conference aims to connect internationally trained professionals with key community stakeholders, such as government officials, area agencies providing services to newcomers, employers, professional associations, industry representatives, regulatory/accreditation bodies, educational institutions, and other successful internationally trained professionals.
